• Fair Ticketing: Reselling tickets purchased from AeroEast at higher prices (scalping) or copying passes is prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

All event ticket purchases are subject to the following billing policies:

• Pricing: All ticket prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Processing: Payments are securely processed through our secure payment gateway partner. By purchasing, you authorize our gateway to charge your chosen payment source.
• Failed Transactions: If money is debited from your account but no booking confirmation is generated, the funds are typically refunded by the gateway automatically. Please consult our Refund & Cancellation policy for further details.

As a client and website visitor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, updated contact information (email and phone number) to ensure the delivery of digital event passes.
• Maintain confidentiality of any transaction numbers, OTPs, or ticketing references received.
• Abide by the rules, code of conduct, security screenings, and guidelines set by the respective venue and event organizer during the live experience.

The website design, text layouts, brand marks, logos, graphics, assets, and overall experiential materials are owned by or licensed to Aeroeast Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any proprietary content without receiving explicit written authorization from us first.
